Michelle joins to lead LemonEdge’s people and talent team, who brilliantly supported LemonEdge as it grew from two founders to an 80-strong team with a tight-knit culture.
Michelle brings over 20 years of HR leadership experience across a diverse range of industries, with a proven track record of driving organizational growth, building high-performing teams, and aligning talent strategies with business goals.
Michelle’s appointment marks yet another milestone in LemonEdge’s people-centric approach– the company has built a strong remote culture that spans across 5 continents and 12 countries. With such a diverse team, LemonEdge has been able to understand and effectively support its clients’ unique needs across the globe.
