The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a mid-level sales professional with a track record of qualifying, building, and closing pipelines with Tier 1 private equity clients.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in helping us achieve our ambitious growth targets, working in a collaborative team environment where your ideas and execution will make a measurable impact.
Role Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager, your primary focus will be on driving new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing and prospective clients. Your key responsibilities include:
Pipeline Generation and Management:
· Conduct market research to identify target clients and evaluate their needs.
· Actively seek new sales opportunities via cold calling, networking, and social media platforms.
· Build and manage a robust pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
Client Engagement:
· Manage and support tailored product demonstrations and presentations to key stakeholders within the private equity market.
· Participate in industry conferences and exhibitions, representing LemonEdge as a trusted partner.
· Negotiate and close deals while maintaining strong client relationships.
Collaboration and Insights:
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative sales strategies.
· Collect and share client feedback with internal teams to refine LemonEdge’s product offering.
· Provide regular reviews and sales reports to track progress against KPIs.
About You
We are looking for an ambitious, results-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You should possess:
Experience:
· A minimum of 2+ years of sales experience (preferably in FinTech, SaaS, or private equity markets).
· A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals.
· Experience engaging Tier 1 private equity clients is highly desirable.
Skills and Mindset:
· Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.
· A self-starter mindset, capable of working autonomously and managing multiple priorities.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
· A natural inclination to identify and capitalize on new opportunities in a competitive market.
