The Opportunity
We seek a driven and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and elevate our brand presence globally. You’ll work closely with the chief commercial officer and cross-functional teams, leveraging your strategic mindset and executional capabilities to drive business goals. This hands-on role requires a blend of leadership, creativity, and analytical skills.
You will have the autonomy to shape marketing initiatives and contribute to the growth of a scaling startup. Supported by an approachable senior team, you’ll be empowered to make impactful decisions in an agile environment.
The role balances the need for strategic brand leadership, with a heavy focus on lead acquisition, sales support and overall awareness driving. Our existing channel strategy includes online (social / website /PPC / SEO), created in person events, conferences / sponsorships, PR and partnerships. An ability to lead and communicate strategy to key stakeholders, including the business and sales leadership, is balanced with a hands-on ability to execute. This includes analysis of data, copy writing, manage pay-per-click (PPC) and programmatic advertising, outreach campaigns and superb communication ability.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee all marketing campaigns and initiatives, including digital, social media, content, and product marketing efforts.
- Manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering skill development and accountability.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
- Lead the development of engaging content across all platforms to attract and retain customers.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using analytics to inform future strategies.
- Represent LemonEdge at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Strong creative vision paired with data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Experience in FinTech or technology industries is a plus.
